Who can rent a studio?
      The salon studio/suite concept is ideally for professionals that provide beautification service(s) for women and men in any capacity. Professionals with a well-established cliental seeking independence and freedom to control their career are prefect candidates. Professions that require licensure from State Board of Georgia must provide a valid copy.

What licenses do you require?
     If your profession mandates a license from State Board of GA, a valid copy must be provided. Salon/Spa professionals must additionally obtain an owner’s License from State Board of GA. All tenants must obtain a City of Smyrna business license and liability insurance policy, all of which we provide applications and assistance.

What’s the difference between Le Prive’ Salon Studios and traditional salon or spas? 
     There are several significant differences but to mention a few: No expensive overhead, you control your products and pricing, complete privacy, scheduling flexibility, you own and oversee the day to day operations of your beauty business and you increase your profit margin by selling retail products.

How do I get started?
     Call and schedule tour appointment with our leasing consultant. Once you decide to move forward, we offer initial and ongoing assistance through the entire ownership set-up process. Helping you become a proud owner is something we take great pride in.

Can I decorate my studio?
     Yes, you are allowed to decorate. We feel your studio should be reflective of your business vision and exude the environment that you’d like your clients to experience.

What does my Weekly Rental Payment include?
Electricity, Water, Heating and Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi and On-Site Laundry are all included. Studios are pre-wired for telephone lines, but you are responsible for any associated cost and service.
